This will show you how to set the parameters the way mine are set for my own shading brush:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Begin with a soft round brush. If you use a large size to begin with, you won&#8217;t have to resize it much whenever you use it. I like 200 pixels for this.<br><br>TIP: Use the ] and [ keys to enlarge or shrink your brush size. Use } and { to make your round brushes harder or softer.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Choose black for your Foreground color in the Color Picker square in the Toolbox.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click the Brushes tab and the WORDS &#8220;Brush Tip Shape.&#8221; Set <strong>Spacing <\/strong>to 28%.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Now, in the Options bar at the top, set <strong>Opacity <\/strong>to 100%.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Set <strong>Flow <\/strong>in the Options Bar to 28%.<\/li><li>Turn ON\u00a0the option for <strong>Airbrush <\/strong>in the Options bar.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"525\" height=\"431\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/myjanee.com\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/postit15.gif?resize=525%2C431&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1223\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-small-font-size has-background-background-color\">Now we&#8217;re ready to save the Shading Brush:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click the arrow for the Brush Preset picker.<\/li><li>Click the Gear at the top right.<\/li><li>Choose New Brush Preset.<\/li><li>Name your brush. Since you&#8217;ll be using this often, keep it near the top of your list, by naming it something like &#8220;AA Large Shading.&#8221;<\/li><li>In that box, tick the Include Color button, so that black will automatically come up for it. (That&#8217;s optional.)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">I also use these Brush Settings for my Easy-Does-It Eraser.
